The cryptocurrency exchange “BitMart” announced the orderly closure of its platform operations effective July 26, 2026.
The IZAKA-YA token (IZKY) is listed on BitMart. Customers holding IZKY on BitMart are requested to complete their withdrawal applications by August 26, 2026, at 14:00 (JST).
This situation is due to BitMart’s circumstances. There is no impact on IZAKA-YA’s services, the assets we hold for our customers, or the IZKY token itself.

Main Schedule for BitMart Service Closure
The main schedule announced in the official notice is as follows:
- August 26, 2026, 01:00 UTC (10:00 JST): All trading services will be terminated. This is the recommended deadline for identity verification (KYC) and position settlement.
- August 26, 2026, 05:00 UTC (14:00 JST): This is the recommended deadline for withdrawal applications.
- January 31, 2027, 15:59 UTC: The platform’s operations will officially cease.
Deposits to BitMart were already suspended on July 26, 2026. It has been announced that assets sent after the suspension may not be credited. Please do not send any funds to BitMart.
To Customers Holding IZKY
Customers holding IZKY on BitMart must complete the following by August 26, at 14:00 (JST):
- If you have deposited IZKY in Earn, Staking, etc., redeem it first.
- Complete Identity Verification (KYC).
- Prepare an IZKY receiving address and apply for withdrawal.
Withdrawal applications are subject to review depending on their details, and processing may take time. Applications made right at the deadline may not be completed in time. Please complete your procedures as early as possible.
Additionally, balances, deposit/withdrawal histories, and trading histories will become unavailable once operations end. As these will be required for tax filing, we recommend downloading and saving them concurrently.

Where to Transfer Withdrawn IZKY
IZKY withdrawn from BitMart can be safely stored in your IZAKA-YA wallet.
Steps to obtain an IZAKA-YA deposit address
- Log in to IZAKA-YA and open “My Page” from the menu.
- Select IZKY from the “Wallet” list and click the “Deposit” button.
- Copy the displayed “Deposit Address”.
Paste this address into the withdrawal screen on BitMart.
IZKY is an ERC-20 token on the Ethereum network. On the BitMart withdrawal screen, please be sure to select “ERC20 (Ethereum)” as the network.
Website Warning & Account Instructions
If you select the wrong network or destination address, the sent assets cannot be recovered. Please do not type the address manually; always use copy and paste.
An IZAKA-YA account can be created with just an email address. Submission of identity verification documents is not required. Please prepare your receiving address before withdrawing from BitMart.
Beware of Scams and Impersonation
During the period of a service closure, scams by individuals posing as related parties tend to increase.
IZAKA-YA will never ask for your private keys, recovery phrases, or passwords via DM or email. We will also never ask you to send funds to a specific address or pay processing fees.
