IZAKAYAアカウントに登録されているメールアドレスをご入力ください。Please enter the email address registered with your IZAKAYA account.

運転免許証の場合は表面と裏面の両方を添付してください。画像は最大5枚まで添付できます。For a driver's license, attach both the front and back. You can attach up to 5 images.

本日の日付を紙に手書きし、その紙とご自身の顔が一緒に写るように撮影した写真を添付してください。上記の身分証画像と併せてご提出ください。Handwrite today's date on a piece of paper and attach a photo showing the paper together with your face. Please submit this along with the ID image above.

IZAKAYAウォレット内ではKYCは1アカウントのみ通過できます。複数アカウントをお持ちの場合は、保有するすべてのメールアドレスを1行に1つずつご記入ください。In the IZAKAYA Wallet, KYC can be completed for only one account. If you hold multiple accounts, please enter the email addresses of all of them (one per line).
